Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of rice
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup soy sauce ( or according to your taste)
  • 1 tablespoon  onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pounds of shrimps
  • oil 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • chinese salt 1 tablespoon

Procedure:

  • Boil rice  In a large pan drain water and leave aside.
  • put soy sauce, butter and seasoning oil .
  • Add eggs and stir. Add shrimp.
  • add onion powder,garlic powder,and soya sauce.
  • Let cook for 5 minutes. Add rice and stir.Serve when rice is fully heated.

Chinese Fried Rice is a marvellous mouth watering recipe which will attract you in this way that you can’t skip it. Its a nice combination of very light spices it is a chinese tradational recipe and their style of cooking, it is easy to make it just take about 20 minutes to be ready i hope you will like it.

 

Ingredient:

  • 2 cups Rice.
  • 3 tablespoon  Oil.
  • 100 grams  Beans Finely Chopped.
  • 2 Carrots  Chopped.
  • 1 Onion grated or tiny sliced.
  • 100 grams  Cabbage Finely Chopped.
  • 2  green  Onions Finely Chopped.
  • 2-3 Green Chilies sliced lengthwise.
  • 1 teaspoon  Ginger Chopped Finely.
  • 1 teaspoon  Garlic Finely Chopped.
  • 2 teaspoon  Soya Sauce.
  • Salt & pepper to taste according to your taste.
  • 1 egg.

 

Procedure:
  • Wash the rice and then soak them in enough water for around 10-15 mins and drain them as well.
  • Boil the water and add rice, pinch of salt.
  • Cook uncovered on low heat till rice is tender.
  • Take care of them and do not overcook the rice.
  • Each grain of rice should be separate. When you check that rice is cooked then drain them and add some amount of cold water and drain again using a large seive and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai or a  large pan and stir fry all the chopped vegetables.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes more.
  • Take care that vegetables are not to be overdone, they should be crisp.
  • Mix salt and pepper to taste.Add egg.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well. Now mix the soya sauce to it.
  • Cook the chinese fried rice for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
